This project focused on a pixel-perfect UI replication of Etsy’s mobile interface. My primary goal was to enhance my understanding of layout structure, typography, spacing, color use, and visual hierarchy within professional design systems. Through this exercise, I aimed to dissect the intricacies of a well-established design to deepen my practical skills in UI design.
To recreate Etsy’s mobile UI screens exactly as they are with no UX or copy changes in order to:
Improve visual accuracy
Study grid systems, type scales, and component structure
Strengthen Figma skills and attention to detail

Rebuild in Figma
Learnings:
Mastered consistent spacing and alignment
Gained a better eye for typographic scale and contrast
Understood how Etsy maintains a clean yet crafty brand feel
Learned how micro-interactions (e.g. shadows, hover states) support the interface
